Question 1

What is AGR One?

Accepted Answer

AGR One is the software we build at AGR Digital. It handles the running of a trade or service business in one place: enquiries, customers, quotes, jobs, invoices, the calendar, follow-ups and reviews. Instead of a notebook, a shared inbox and three spreadsheets, everything lives in one system.

Question 2

Do I need to be technical to use it?

Accepted Answer

No. If you can use a phone, you can use AGR One. Setup takes minutes, the language is plain English rather than software jargon, and we import your existing customer list for you if you have one.

Question 3

Can I keep my existing website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your current website can send enquiries straight into AGR One through a form connection, whoever built it. If you would rather we built you a new one, that is included from the Business plan.

Question 4

Is my data safe, and can I get it out?

Accepted Answer

Your data is yours. It is stored on UK and EU infrastructure, access is scoped per user, and you can export your customers, quotes, jobs and invoices at any time. Cancelling does not lock your records away.

Question 5

What does the free trial include?

Accepted Answer

Fourteen days of the full Core plan with no card required. You can add real customers and jobs during the trial and keep everything you entered if you carry on.

Question 6

Is team and employee management available yet?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Team access, rotas, timesheets and earnings are in development and will be available as the separate Teams and Teams Plus add-ons. Ads Hub and Unified Inbox are also coming soon and will be included in Growth when released. Everything else described on this page is available today.

Question 7

Why is managed advertising priced separately?

Accepted Answer

Because campaign work and ad budgets differ enormously between businesses. We quote managed advertising per business after looking at your area, your trade and what you want to win, and your ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta rather than through us. It is a service, not part of any plan, and it is different from Ads Hub, the reporting software coming to the Growth plan.

Question 8

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Core is month to month. Business and Growth include the AGR Website service, which has a 3-month minimum commitment to cover the build; after that they are month to month too. Any setup fee is confirmed in writing before work starts.

Welcome back.
