Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AGR Digital ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit agrdigital.uk or contact us through this website. We are the "data controller" of the personal data you provide.
We process personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
1. Who we are
AGR Digital is a web design and development studio based in the United Kingdom. If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, contact us at info@agrdigital.uk.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through our forms:
- Contact form: your name, email address and (optionally) phone number.
- Custom quote builder: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the features/services you select, and any project description you provide.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, and we do not buy or collect personal data from third parties.
3. How and why we use your data
We use the information you submit only to:
- respond to your enquiry and provide the quote or information you requested;
- communicate with you about your potential or ongoing project;
- keep records of enquiries for our own legitimate business administration.
Lawful basis: we rely on your consent (which you give by submitting the form) and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the trusted service providers ("processors") that help us operate this website and respond to you:
- Resend — delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
- Vercel — hosts this website and its infrastructure.
These providers may process data on servers outside the UK/EU. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy mechanism.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and quote information only for as long as necessary to respond to you and for our reasonable business records, after which it is deleted. If you become a client, related records may be retained for the duration of our relationship and as required by law (for example, tax records).
6. Cookies
This website does not use tracking, analytics, advertising or any other non-essential cookies, and does not store data in your browser for those purposes. Because of this, no cookie consent banner is required. If this changes in future, we will update this policy and request consent where the law requires it.
7. Your rights
Under UK & EU GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to our processing of your data;
- request a copy of your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@agrdigital.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been handled improperly.
8. How we protect your data
This site is served over encrypted HTTPS, form submissions are validated and rate-limited, and access to enquiry data is limited to AGR Digital. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
