This policy explains what personal data AGR Digital collects through this website and the AGR One platform, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
AGR Digital is a software and digital services business based in East Sussex, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For data you enter into AGR One about your own customers, you are the controller and we act as your processor.
What we collect
- Enquiry details. The name, email address, phone number, business name and message you submit through our contact form.
- Account details. If you open an AGR One account, the details needed to create and bill that account.
- Business data. The customers, quotes, jobs and invoices you or your team enter into AGR One.
- Technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide a quote.
- To provide, bill and support the AGR One service.
- To keep the service secure and diagnose faults.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Our lawful bases are your consent when you contact us, performance of a contract when you hold an account, and our legitimate interest in running and securing the service.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the suppliers needed to run the service, such as our hosting, email delivery and payment providers, each bound by a data processing agreement. Where a supplier processes data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on an approved transfer mechanism.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Account and billing records are kept for as long as the account is open and then for six years to meet UK accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your business data at any time after your account closes.
Cookies
This marketing site uses only the cookies required for it to work. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on it. If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated first and consent asked for where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask for it in a portable format. Email info@agrdigital.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
