Terms of service

The agreement

By opening an AGR One account or commissioning a service from us, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices shown on the site exclude VAT.
• The free trial runs for 14 days. We do not take payment details to start it, and it does not convert into a paid plan on its own.
• You can cancel the Core plan at any time. The subscription runs to the end of the paid period and is not refunded pro rata.
• The Business and Growth plans include the AGR Website service, which has a 3-month minimum commitment; after that they can be cancelled at any time on the same basis. Any website setup fee is set out in writing before any work starts.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Existing subscriptions keep their price until that notice period ends.

Advertising services

Advertising is quoted per business. Management fees are separate from the advertising budget, which is paid directly to the advertising platform. We cannot guarantee any particular number of leads, cost per lead or ranking, because those depend on factors the platforms control.

Your data and your content

Your customer records, quotes, jobs and invoices remain yours. You can export them at any time, and we will not use them for anything other than providing the service. You are responsible for having the right to store the personal data you enter, and for the accuracy of what you send to your customers from the system.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to send unsolicited marketing that breaches UK electronic marketing rules.
• Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the platform.
• Do not share one account between separate businesses. Additional users are added within your own account.

Availability and support

We aim to keep AGR One available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside normal working hours wherever possible. Support is provided by email during UK working hours.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time from within AGR One. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment or for a serious breach of these terms, after giving you a reasonable chance to put it right. Your data stays available for export for 30 days after closure.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
